 Angelos Armen Senior Postdoctoral Statistician

Angelos studied Computer Science at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and received his Master's degree in (a) Biomedical Informatics and Technology and (b) Machine Vision and Robotics from the University of Crete. He subsequently obtained his PhD in Bioinformatics from University College London and worked as a postdoctoral research assistant in Statistical Causality at the Department of Statistics, University of Oxford. He is currently a postdoctoral statistician with the Fugger group at the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine and the McVean group at the Big Data Institute. His research interests include Causal Discovery, Biostatistics, and Bioinformatics.
